All engineers have been assessed to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to complete the work to the required standard; in addition, audits are carried out on a regular basis to ensure that installations and administration are maintained to a high standard.

In order to provide a dedicated service to our clients our engineers are provided with items such as branded protective seat covers and job paperwork; this allows us to maintain our independence as a company whilst still acting as an ambassador for the client.

Read moreOur administration centre has the facility to book both individual and multiple requirements, utilising our dynamic scheduling system designed specifically for this service industry. Requests for work can be transmitted and received directly into the system. All data pertaining to the job is validated - this allows our co-ordinators to efficiently arrange appointments for all vehicle types and models, including petrochemical and marine applications.

Most importantly, the system helps to ensure that the correct parts are allocated for each job and are despatched in good time before the day of the appointment. All job information is transmitted electronically between the system and the engineers, with the facility to send a text message to the customer confirming information relating to the appointment. We also have the facility for both our clients and their customers to book and track the progress of their job via the internet.
